Sales Process
How does the organization expect people to sell?
In two weeks, I trace how your sales process, CRM, data, team habits, and AI work together. You leave knowing where work is breaking and what to fix first.
How does the organization expect people to sell?
Does the technology reinforce that process or fight it?
Can reps and managers get the information they need to make decisions?
What is happening in the field, and where does behavior diverge from the designed process?
Where can AI remove work, improve decisions, or surface useful context without introducing more complexity?
A clear view of how process, CRM, data, and field execution fit together today.
Where the work gets harder than it should, and what is driving it.
The highest-value changes, what can wait, and where I would focus first.
A 90-day plan with the order of work, who owns it, and how you will know it is working.
We review what I found, challenge the priorities, and agree on what happens next.
Where AI can remove work, improve decisions, or surface useful context, I identify those opportunities alongside the other recommendations.
Already know exactly what needs to change and just need someone to configure it? You probably don’t need this X-Ray.
We talk through what is happening, what you have already tried, and whether the X-Ray makes sense.
I talk with the people closest to the work, review the systems and data, and trace how the sales process works in practice.
We walk through what I found, pressure-test the priorities together, and leave with a clear plan for the next 90 days.
From there, you choose. Take the plan and run it internally, or bring me in to help build it, coach the team, or operate alongside you.
The X-Ray is $5,000 and takes two weeks. If we move into a larger Build, Coach, or Operate engagement, I credit the $5,000 toward that work.
